How to determine the price of your spindle and chair leg duplications
The cost is per spindle duplicated. The minimum price is $ 11.40
   
 Formula:  Machine cost (Chart 1)   +   Wood cost (Category type)

 Instructions:
  1. Determine the width of your spindle first. The width is taken from the widest point of the spindle to be duplicated.
  2. Go to Chart 1 and choose the appropriate width row for the machine cost.
  3. Go to the Category Chart (1 and 2) that includes the type of wood your spindle is to be made from.
  4. Measure the total length of your spindle.
  5. Use the width measurement and the length measurement to determine the wood cost.
  6. Add the machine cost to the wood cost. This is the price for duplication.
  7. The wood cost includes all the costs associated with the preparation of the wood and handling costs prior to shipping.

  Dowel or round spindles:  Example, chair railes, chair back spindles will be priced according to the "machine chart" only. Straight dowles or spindles only. No tapers or turnings except the tennons.

  The cost for finishing a spindle
is an additional $1.50 / Spindle

   If you need your spindle color matched add $1.50/ Spindle to the total.
 Include a note with the spindle or email that you want us to finish your duplicates.

The cost for Mahogany will be based on market costs. For now use Category 2- Wood Cost
        Shipping and Handling Information :
  1. At this time, all orders will be sent through USPS PRIORITY MAIL
  2. An e-mail invoice will be sent to you at the same time as shipping to include postage.
  3. We need a valid e-mail address before we can send parts back to you.
  4. Shipping charges are based on the current zone and fee's charts from USPS.
